I found some more information on the technology RCWD is using for Carp removal and thought I'd share.  The KSTP link provides a video of the "Carp Cannon".

    Has anyone heard how well the new carp mitigation system- the Whoosh system- worked during it’s trial on Rice Creek this year?

      In June 2018, Carp Solutions provided their three year findings report titled "Developing and Testing a Strategy to Control Common Carp in Long Lake, New Brighton, MN". RCWD is in the process of developing a long term plan based on this work. We'll send out communication once this is in place.
